PBEX, LLC is based in Midland, TX and primarily operates in the Delaware and Midland Basins. Our team of oil and gas professionals have a deep knowledge of the industry across engineering, geology and land that we leverage to develop oil and gas assets. As of July 2024, PBEX has built a high valued portfolio of assets that have future horizontal development opportunities.

Bonded Operator

We are a bonded operator in both Texas and New Mexico and currently operate numerous wells. We take great care in operating our wells and are proud of the results we achieve. As a bonded operator, we have pledged to execute all operations safely and in accordance with state laws and commission rules.

PBEX Acquires EGL Resources Assets

The 2019 acquisition of EGL Resources’ assets served as the foundation for PBEX’s consolidation efforts in the Delaware Basin. These strategically located assets have provided PBEX with an immense inventory that we are leveraging to facilitate consolidation of our targeted operated development prospects.
